With over three decades of experience, JJ Nite has become a renowned DJ and emcee, known for delivering unforgettable entertainment experiences. His journey began with 12 years as a radio broadcaster at Seattle’s iconic KFOX Radio, where he sharpened his ear for music and cultivated a deep love for funk and soul. As a night club DJ in Seattle, JJ further refined his talent for reading crowds and curating the perfect playlist to match any occasion.
For the past 18 years, JJ Nite has worked as a mobile DJ and emcee, entertaining at more than 100 events, including weddings, corporate functions, private parties, and festivals. He also founded and directed Funk Republic Radio for 12 years, establishing one of the most respected stations in the funk and soul music scene, showcasing his extensive knowledge of the genre.
Today, as the principal senior DJ and emcee at HEAVY DJs in Chandler, Arizona, JJ Nite brings his vast experience and passion for music to every wedding, corporate event, and private party he works. His mission is to create an event experience that keeps guests talking long after the last song plays.
